Bridges, a project that is designed to emulate the ideas of sustainable housing, features geothermal heating and cooling, photo-voltaic panels, LED lighting, rainwater harvesting on the roof, an external thermal envelope, a ventilated facade system, passive solar shading, tree preservation, and fully permeable pavers.
