Commissioned in 2016 as a feasibility study to analyse he potential of renovating and expanding the original 10 year old town hall, we also studied the feasibility of a new building on the adjacent parking lot. This new building is the approach that is currently being considered.
The new building will house the administrative offices of the village, the courthouse, the building department, and police station. With a key feature of the building being the fact that it would be 60% below the ground, we aim to achieve at least LEED Gold.
